Preamble:
a multiuser, multi (door) location security/lock system to let the right factions of 200 some folks into and out of various parts of KVMR who can easily be added and removed.
And not cost a Fortune. But if that’s Necessary?… Budget Time- My Reserch has been pretty fruitless unless money is NO object.
I can review whatever folk find in a ‘research APB’ goes out

Wanted:

•  Bluetooth (no contact) programming. USB way to error-prone
• Even Better– IF POSSIBLE- WiFi Programming to remotely add/remove/admit people, like a RING (No cannot use that! : ))
• NO external other programs than the  App on the Tablet.
  Database should be ON the tablet or phone
• Designated Backup People should be around to help out. 
• Existing RFID cards & fobs are a good idea, and are non-proprietary. Continue using them!
• PIN numbers are unacceptable and insecure-they will be ‘handed out’ in NO time. No Bueno!
  Ideally lock would not even have those Buttons.
• Auditing- a log of who is coming and going- can decrease insurance
• Mainstream manufacturer with track record  and reasonable Support. My time with Shlage showed they were responsive but not well informed or that helpful (Old System?) 
• Support Contract? Why Not. & I don;t mind learning it-
  But I am not always Here.
• BUY SPARES in case of Fails. I had to cannibalise 3 Schlage locks to get 3 working!
• PRIORITY: ASAP as people will Start Getting Locked Out At Odd Hours….
